Dear Poster presenter,
關於這次海報論文比賽的相關事宜，因為今年口頭報告人數眾多，因此海報時間延後至午後。請所有海報組的同學都在12點前攜帶海報簽到完畢，於1點至2點前親自出席做海報解說，並於2點時結束。同學並不需要另外準備紙本論文。但可提供講義說明重點。午餐請同學自理。
所有參賽同學都必須注意服裝禮儀，由正式服裝為主。當日會有評審向同學提問
。回答問題全程需以英文為主。現場並沒有提供桌椅。當日海報使用完畢後，參賽人員自行帶離，或者是留給學會保存亦可。
